Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting.
• Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work above 24 hours per week.
• A driver’s license is essential for community-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments.
• Promoting independence and encouraging development of life skills.
• Building positive relationships with service users, families, and team members.
• Participating in engaging activities like walks, games, music sessions, arts & crafts, and more.
• Supporting emotional wellbeing and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
• Ensuring the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of every individual in your care.
