Band 6 Community Learning Disability Nurse

3 month temporary contract, with a view to extend to an ongoing basis

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Bethnal Green, London

We are working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Community Learning Disability Nurse to join their service, based in Bethnal Green. You'll be responsible for CPA Care Coordination, managing crisis within the community, supporting mental health wards when LD patients are admitted into the wards, supervising staff etc.
