Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and run the day-to-day operations of the community kitchen
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance with food hygiene laws
• Record and monitor temperature checks, allergen info and cleaning schedules
• Manage stock, ordering, storage and budget within approved limits
• Carry out risk assessments and maintain safety procedures
