Inizio Engage is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Homecare Nursing Team in Wimbledon and surrounding areas. You will deliver PN and IV therapies at patients' homes, assess needs, and support hospital-to-home transitions, while collaborating with NHS teams.

This community-based role requires driving, flexible hours, and a patient‑centred approach. You will educate patients and families, maintain records, and uphold professional standards in line with NMC and Inizio

Competenze

• Current NMC Registration and nursing qualification.
• Minimum one year post-registration nursing experience.
• Experience with PN or CVAD desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Deliver safe, patient-centred care in patients' homes and community settings.
• Administer prescribed PN, IV therapies and clinical interventions per SOPs.
• Assess patients, identify changes, and escalate clinical concerns.
• Support treatment initiation and transitions from hospital to home.
• Train and empower patients and carers to manage treatment safely.
• Provide clinical advice and build relationships with patients and NHS colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to governance standards.
