Town and Country Housing is seeking a Community Investment & Social Value Officer to support and deliver projects that improve residents' lives and strengthen local partnerships. You will work with residents, community groups, and contractors to align initiatives with priorities and maximise social value.

The role focuses on employment, skills, health, wellbeing and financial inclusion, using data and feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. Hybrid role.

# Community Investment & Social Value Officer## Job Introduction### **Our Vacancy**We’re looking for a passionate and proactive **Community Investment & Social Value Officer** to join our team and help make a positive difference in the communities we serve. This is an exciting opportunity to support and deliver projects that improve residents' lives, strengthen local partnerships, and create meaningful social value outcomes across our neighbourhoods. You'll work closely with residents, community organisations, colleagues, and contractors to develop initiatives that align with our strategic priorities and community needs.### **What You Will Do**You'll play a key role in helping us deliver meaningful social value and community investment initiatives that make a real difference to the lives of our residents. Working closely with colleagues, contractors, local organisations and community groups, you'll help develop and coordinate projects that support employment, skills, health, wellbeing and financial inclusion. You'll build strong partnerships, identify opportunities for investment, and ensure our activities reflect the needs of the communities we serve. Alongside this, you'll monitor the impact of projects, celebrate successes, and use data and resident feedback to continuously improve our approach and maximise positive outcomes.### **What You Will Need**We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating stronger communities and delivering positive social impact. You'll have experience of working with a range of stakeholders, building productive relationships and supporting projects or community-based initiatives from concept through to delivery. You'll be a confident communicator who can engage with residents, partners and colleagues at all levels, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive and solutions-focused approach is essential, as is the ability to use insight and data to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
