Huntingdonshire District Council (HDC) is seeking a Community Support Team Leader to manage the Community Team and drive the new Health and Wealth Building Fund initiatives, engaging with partners and the voluntary sector across the district.

You will lead delivery of the strategy, monitor projects, report on KPIs, and support sustainable community growth with flexible, hybrid working and a DBS check.

• Day-to-day management and operational activity of the Community Team.
• Lead on the Health and Wealth Building Fund strategy and promotions.
• Monitor performance and report on linked KPIs across projects.
