The City of Fort Worth Neighborhood Services Department/Community Action Partners seeks a dedicated Human Services Manager to oversee several social service programs, grants, and reporting obligations. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating CSBG, HOPWA, and Veterans programs, guiding program performance, and collaborating with partners to improve outcomes for community members.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Five (5) years of increasing social welfare or community agency experience, including two (2) years of administrative and supervisory responsibility.
• Master’s degree preferred with experience managing multiple grants and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning, implementation, and daily operations of multiple human services programs.
• Oversee grant budgets, expenditures, funding allocations, reporting requirements, and timelines.
• Supervise staff and program leads to promote accountability and effective service delivery.
• Monitor program performance and ensure compliance with regulations and grant requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments, community partners, and funding agencies to improve service delivery.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, political science, sociology, psychology, social work or related field
