Job summary

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust seeks a Community Hub Coordinator to support Community Health Services for Nursing and Therapy, primarily at St Luke's Hospital in Market Harborough, with occasional shifts at Springfield Road Health Centre in Leicester. Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in the NHS or a similar complex organisation.
• Background in a customer service environment.
• Experience handling varied and changing administrative demands.

Responsibilities

• General administrative tasks and use of the electronic patient record system (SystmOne).
• Processing referrals, managing tasks and supporting data collection for audits.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and assisting with equipment and supplies orders.
• Supporting Community Nursing and Therapy teams, Team Leads and clinicians.
