We are looking to recruit a dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care within a community setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Adur Primary Care Network Community Team, supporting patients in their own homes and local community.

To undertake non‑complex clinical procedures under the guidance of senior team members e.g. venepuncture, patient specific sub‑cutaneous injections, sample collection, blood pressure monitoring, medications, wound care, catheter care and other tasks according to training and competencies. To recognise their responsibility and accountability in accepting the delegated task.
