Job summary

Retain Healthcare is recruiting Community Healthcare Assistants to support clients at home in Swindon and surrounding areas. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible shifts to fit around your life.

You’ll be trained with a clear career progression path, weekly pay, and supportive staffing in a values-driven environment. Pay rates start from £13.25–£14.50 per hour with higher rates on bank holidays, and typical weekly earnings between £530 and £725 depending on hours.

Flexible Work That Fits Around You

We Offer a Flexible Approach To Shifts, Including:

• Mornings 7:00am – 2:00pm
• Evenings 4:00pm – 10:00pm
• Nights 10pm to 7am
• Every other Weekend availability (with a focus on work-life balance)
