Job summary

Retain Healthcare in the UK is hiring Community Healthcare Assistants to support clients at home in Fairford and surrounding areas. You'll provide personal care, meal prep, medication support, and companionship, working with families, social workers, and nurses to maintain independence and comfort.

The role offers flexible shifts, full-time and part-time options, bank holiday enhancements, weekly pay, and funded training with career progression. A full UK driving licence is essential.

We’re recruiting full-time and part-time Community Healthcare Assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Fairford and surrounding areas.

Pay rates from £14.50 per hour, up to £18.50ph on a bank holiday

Typically earn between £530 and £725 per week depending on hours

Flexible Work That Fits Around You

We Offer a Flexible Approach To Shifts, Including

Mornings 7:00am – 2:00pm

Evenings 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Every other Weekend availability (with a focus on work-life balance)
