Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse - Health Visiting to join the Amersham Health Visiting team. This fixed-term, 12-month role is part-time with flexible working options, Band 5 on the Agenda for Change pay scale.
You will work across community locations in Amersham, Haleacre and surrounding areas, with induction, safeguarding training and development opportunities. Driving between localities is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide community nursing care within Health Visiting Service.
- Undertake safeguarding assessments and referrals as required.
- Participate in induction and training to support transition into community health visiting.
