• Deliver clinical interventions in patients' homes or residential settings
• Provide wound care and venepuncture where appropriate
• Assist with catheter maintenance and insulin administration for diabetic patients
• Support palliative and end-of-life care and rehabilitation
• Work within a multidisciplinary team and follow lone worker safety policies
