Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a proactive SPA Administrator to join Surrey Children’s Community Services. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls and emails while triaging referrals to the right teams. You’ll support safeguarding processes and maintain clear records in our systems.

The role requires excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork to deliver timely access to services. A car is required for this post.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education including Maths and English.
• Administrative experience in a busy, customer-facing environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and keyboard proficiency.
• Good interpersonal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls, emails and letters with a helpful, timely response.
• Screen and triage referrals and direct to appropriate teams or services.
• Maintain accurate records on clinical systems and databases.
• Provide signposting to services and support information as needed.
• Support safeguarding processes and minutes at meetings where required.
