Finn’s Place and Langside Parish Church in Glasgow is seeking a part-time Community Development Worker to help grow wellbeing offerings, develop the volunteer programme, and engage local partners. The role runs 16-18 hours per week on site with a pro-rata salary of £28,920, fixed until August 2028 with potential extension subject to funding.

• Able to develop and coordinate volunteer programmes and community activities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Finn’s Place volunteer programme to be structured and supportive for volunteers.
• Engage with local partners to support wellbeing and community connection in Battlefield and surrounding area.
• Work with the board of trustees to imagine and shape a sustainable future for Finn’s Place.
• Grow and diversify free and accessible community offers and activities.
