Job summary

Jack & Jill is hiring an Founding Community and Events Lead in London to design and run high-impact events that become powerful content assets. You will amplify each event across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and X, building a London-based network of founders, VCs and operators.

You will own the full event lifecycle, turn events into scalable social content, and measure impact on awareness and pipeline. This is an hands-on, equity-backed early-stage startup role in London.

Qualifications

• Run high-volume events and amplify outcomes on social channels.
• Build and nurture a London-based founder and investor network.
• Own end-to-end event programs with measurable reach.

Responsibilities

• Own events end to end: concept, logistics, guest lists, day-of execution, follow-up.
• Turn events into social content: recaps, clips, photos, posts across platforms.
• Grow audience and funnel by connecting events to awareness and pipeline.
• Collaborate with the UK GTM team and report to the GTM Lead.
• Design scalable playbooks for next events and formats.
