Royal Borough of Greenwich seeks a Grants Manager to deliver its Greenwich Giving programmes over the next six months. The role focuses on outreach, application setup, due diligence, panel support and timely grant administration in London’s Greenwich area.

You will recruit residents, manage forms and reports, sign grant agreements, and maintain records while providing light touch support to grantees and wider networks.

• Experience delivering a grants programme or similar level of stakeholder engagement and administration.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple grantees and deadlines.
• Clear, concise written communication for updates and case studies.

• Carry out community outreach in Greenwich neighbourhoods to recruit applicants and panel members.
• Set up and update application forms and guidance for each funding round.
• Be first contact for applicants, supporting first-time fund applicants.
• Conduct eligibility checks on applications and budgets, and review safeguarding and finances.
