Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering General Medical Services under the GMS contract.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and maintain patient-centred care.
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide General Medical Services in line with the GMS contract.
• Undertake face-to-face, telephone and online consultations.
• Prescribe safely and in line with guidelines; manage tests and referrals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in governance and audits.
• Support teaching and supervision of learners where appropriate.
