Community Governance Administrator-12 Months
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work within our Community Governance Team on a 12 month contract based at Brierley Hill Health and Social Care Centre.
To provide a comprehensive effective and efficient administrative support service to Community Nursing teams. To liaise with other Health Care Professionals in order to assist with seamless transition of patient care. The post holder will be required to obtain information from Health Care Professionals to ensure that high-quality care is provided.
You will be a part of small team, you will be an adaptable and confident team member who also possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be resilient and enjoy working closely with a team in a demanding environment.
