Kirk Hallam Community Academy is seeking a part-time Community Facility Assistant to support its facilities. The role requires working evenings and weekends (16:00-22:00) and 10 hours per week on a shift pattern across 52 weeks.

Salary is scale 3 pro-rata (£25,584 - £25,989) with actual annual pay £6,914 to £7,024. The post includes opening/locking facilities, maintaining equipment, managing bookings, and delivering high-quality customer service while upholding health and safety standards.

The Community Facility Assistant’s role requires some lone working in the evening (between16.00 - 22.00) and at weekends to provide top quality customer service to the users of the facilities. The successful candidate would be expected to open and lock the facilities, ensure all equipment is in good working condition, manage changeovers of groups and activities, ensures the cleanliness of the facilities, maintain the health and safety standards and assist with bookings and customer enquiries.
