Job summary

EE and BT are seeking a proactive Community Engagement Partner in the Birmingham area. You will develop partnerships, generate demand and help customers discover EE and BT products and services, acting as a face of the brands locally.

This field-based role focuses on building community ties, identifying opportunities and delivering measurable commercial outcomes. You will work independently within a broader commercial team to run local activations, events and partnerships that grow awareness and

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering sales, growth or commercial outcomes
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging and influencing a wide range of audiences
• Experience identifying and developing new opportunities
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory
• Experience using social media and digital channels to engage customers
• Strong organisational and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Drive local customer acquisition and awareness activity
• Build and nurture relationships with community partners and local organisations
• Identify new business opportunities across your territory
• Develop and execute local sales and engagement plans
• Create opportunities that support revenue growth and market share gains
• Represent EE and BT at events, exhibitions and community activations
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
• Work with retail and marketing teams to maximise local opportunities
• Use customer, market and demographic data to target activity effectively
• Manage budgets and resources to maximise return
• Track performance and measure the impact of local activity
