You’ll be the face of EE and BT in your community bringing the power of our technology and our brand values directly into the places where people live, work and learn. If you love making connections and meeting new people, you’ll be in your element.
There are two sides to the role. First, you’ll plan and deliver events, in person. That could be presenting to schools on online safety or delivering skills support to community groups to help people feel more confident online. Whether it’s a pop-up event in a shopping centre or a meeting in a local library, you’ll need to work closely with our marketing and strategy teams to make sure every event is high‑impact.
Then there’s the commercial side of the job. You’ll build our social media presence in your area, creating short‑form, locally‑focused content – that could be tech tips, product explainers or positive stories from the community. You’ll also be responsible for cultivating long‑term partnerships and sponsorship opportunities with local businesses and grassroots sports clubs.
It’s a highly visible role with plenty of freedom. You’ll plan your own time and manage your own budget. To succeed, you’ll need to build trust, make our offer clearer and grow market share amongst key demographics on your patch.
This could be a chance to use your skills in a new setting. We’re looking for someone who ideally has all of these skills:
Be a positive presence in your local area and help us build a better connected country.
