Job summary

William Hulme’s Grammar School is seeking a Community Liaison Officer to strengthen the link between home, school and the wider community. Based primarily in our Secondary Phase, you will support attendance, engagement and wellbeing through one-to-one work, family action plans and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one casework, family action plans, and workshops to support attendance, engagement, and wellbeing.
• Coordinate WHGS Community Hub networking with families, local services, charities, and cultural organisations.
• Collaborate with attendance, pastoral, safeguarding and SEND teams to deliver targeted support for pupils and families.
• Organise community events, parent workshops and enrichment activities to broaden opportunities.
