Responsibilities

• Plan delivery of patient care using an appropriate nursing model.
• Deliver high standard of comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care.
• Manage delegated caseload under District Nurse Team Manager guidance.
• Assess needs and provide total patient care using nursing models.
• Maintain accurate contemporaneous records and ensure safety and continuity of care.
• Participate in orientation of new staff and learners.

Current NMC Registered Nurse (RN 1ST Level Registration - Adult)
