Job summary

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Adult Dietitian for 30 hours per week at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital. The post offers flexible working to suit the successful candidate and involves delivering expert dietetic advice within the community, with links to acute hospital dietitians.

You will join a supportive, patient-centered team, with opportunities for leadership training and regular 1:1s, alongside involvement in service

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and registration with the British Dietetic Association are essential.
• Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics is required.
• Driver with access to a car is preferred for community working.

Responsibilities

• Based in the community team with links to dietitians at Royal Derby Hospital and Queens Hospital Burton.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to engagement across five sites.
• Opportunity for leadership training and regular 1:1 support to develop the service.
• Adopt flexible working arrangements to suit the successful candidate.
