Job summary

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Dietitian to join the Adult Clinical Community team in Luton. The post involves home visits, virtual and face-to-face clinics, and developing the Nutrition Support Pathway for adults with diverse caseloads.

You will deliver group education, enhance enteral feeding knowledge, and contribute to health education resources. HCPC registration is required; new graduates are welcome to apply and develop community health skills.

Responsibilities

• Group education sessions with patients, carers and families.

• Deliver home visits, and run virtual and face-to-face clinics across an adult caseload.
• Support the Nutrition Support Pathway and service development.
