Using the spectacle of sport, we are sending a powerful and meaningful message to help alter perceptions and speed-up the switch to electric mobility.

Welcome to the home of Global Electric Street Racing.
The Role:

Are you passionate about using the power of sport to drive positive social change? We’re looking for a Community Development Coordinator to join our Sporting department and help deliver on-the-ground social impact programmes and support our commercial commitments.

You will sit at the operational heart of our live event operations, leading the on-site delivery of high-profile global initiatives like our FIA Girls on Track (GOT) activations and local Community Tours. This is a proactive, collaborative role where you will turn global sustainability and social impact strategies into localised, life-changing realities on the ground, gaining invaluable exposure to international motorsport event delivery.

  • FIA Girls on Track (GOT) Operational Delivery: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and on-site delivery of GOT activations across race weeks, serving as the on-site lead for Friday and race-day activations. You will manage partner relationships with National Sporting Authorities, the FIA, and workshop delivery partners, oversee participant registration and ticket distribution, and coordinate closely with the team to manage travel intensity sustainably.

  • Community Tour & Local Engagement: Work closely with the Senior Sustainability & Social Impact Manager and host city contacts to translate our global social impact strategy into localised operational plans. You will manage all pre-event coordination, including outreach to schools, community groups, and local charities, to design impactful city-specific activations and oversee the distribution of free sustainability race tickets.

  • Logistics, Compliance & Safeguarding Operations: You’ll be accountable for safeguarding, risk management, and HSE compliance for minors across all programmes. You will coordinate detailed event procedures, registration platforms, legal waivers, and access/security requirements, ensuring all logistical plans integrate seamlessly with broader Sporting and Event Project Management schedules without onsite clashes

What we're looking for in you:
  • Foundational Experience: You have sound experience in administration, coordination, or event delivery roles, ideally with some exposure to social impact, sustainability, youth education, or career development programmes.

  • Passionate & Impact-Driven Mindset: You possess a deep passion for using sport as a vehicle for social change, and you understand how flawless operational coordination directly drives meaningful, long-term impact outcomes.

  • Organised & Resilient Under Pressure: You have exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple overlapping project timelines simultaneously under tight, event-week pressure.

  • Collaborative Communicator: You're a confident and clear communicator, eager to build strong relationships with international stakeholders, local community partners, and cross-functional internal teams.

  • Technical & Google Workspace Proficiency: You’re highly proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable learning or managing online participant registration and ticketing systems.

What's in it for you?
  • 25 days' annual leave, Birthday day off and Wellbeing leave

  • Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event

  • Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app

  • Enhanced Parental Leave

  • Flexible Bank Holidays

  • Paid volunteer and carer's leave

  • Cycle to Work and Electric Car Scheme

  • Formula E store discount

  • Regular social events and employee working groups

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
