Job summary

NoFit State Circus, the UK’s leading contemporary circus company, is seeking a part-time Community Coordinator to support its Community Programme in Cardiff. You will work 20 hours per week, helping plan and deliver participatory creative circus projects within local communities.

The role requires strong communication, initiative, and excellent organisational skills, with a passion for people-centric community work. This is a hands-on, collaborative position in a dynamic arts environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with ability to convey ideas clearly and listen actively.
• Proactive problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisation and time-management for multiple participatory projects.

Responsibilities
