Job summary

Mid Yorkshire Teaching Nhs Trust is seeking a Band 5 nurse to plan and deliver patient care within Adult Community Services Community Continence Service at Featherstone Health Centre. The role involves maintaining high standards of care and working across Trust sites to ensure patient-centred services.

Essential requirements include RGN registration, a first degree or willingness to study, and evidence of ongoing professional development. The post includes weekend and unsocial hours as needed.

Qualifications

• First Degree or willingness to work towards.
• RGN Level 1.
• Evidence of clinical update.
• Relevant post-registration qualification.
• NMC Professional Registration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development, review and implementation of departmental and Trust-wide policies, procedures and clinical guidelines.
