COMMUNITY CONSULTANT PAEDIATRICIAN & NAMED DOCTOR FOR SAFEGUARDING

Location: Acorn Centre, 306 London Road, Romford, RM7 9NH

Contract: Substantive, full-time

Qualifications needed:

• Full GMC registration with a license to practice
• CCT or equivalent
• Inclusion in, or eligibility for, the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
• At least 2 years’ experience in Community Child Health

Main duties

• Work within multidisciplinary teams providing care to children and young people
• Provide senior medical support and guidance
• Work directly with patients and liaise with other health providers
• Participate in the Child Protection rota
• Support team members and work collaboratively with other professionals
