The Nelson Trust in Gloucestershire is seeking a compassionate Community Connector to support clients completing treatment and to develop their recovery capital. You will bridge structured treatment with aftercare, coordinating services and advocating for clients.

This role involves supporting clients who have completed treatment and need help to further develop their recovery capital. You will act as a bridge between structured treatment and aftercare, ensuring clients receive compassionate and collaborative services.
