Job summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for a Cleaner to perform a full range of cleaning tasks across communal areas to meet the contract specification. You will interact with residents as part of the on-site customer-facing service delivery team.

This part-time role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a possible extra 3-hour weekend shift. The successful candidate will be dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently, delivering clean, safe and pleasant environments.

Qualifications

• Be able to work as a team player
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important
• Ability to work to laid down schedules
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as hallways, staircases and window sills, as well as courtyards, paths, carparks and bin stores etc.
• Vacuuming, dusting, litter picking all sites, sweeping and mopping hard surfaces and cleaning windows within easy reach
• Recording presence using the sign in sheets as well as our online system
• Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements. Reporting required repairs / maintenance in communal areas to Management
• Ensure all work is carried out according to the Toolbox Talks and COSHH training (training given)
