The Salvation Army in Sutton is seeking a proactive Community Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our community programme, buildings and staff across two sites in Sutton and Carshalton.
You will be a visible, engaging leader, building strong relationships with participants, volunteers and local partners while ensuring health and safety, safeguarding and effective delivery of all activities within the mission of the church.
Working hours: 30 hours per week

This role also involves hands‑on delivery of the church’ mission, ensuring that both practical support and strategic leadership contribute to a thriving and engaged Christian community.
Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, a criminal record check (Enhanced with barred list DBS Disclosure check for the adult and child workforce) and evidence of your Right to Work in the UK in line with Home Office requirements.
