Job summary

NursePlus Care at Home in Plymouth is hiring Community Care Workers. This role offers full-time and part-time shifts, with hourly pay up to 30.26 and paid training. You’ll support people in their own homes, helping with personal care, meals, daily routines and companionship to improve quality of life.

No prior care experience is required; driving licence and a DBS check are part of the process. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Community Care Worker - Plymouth

Full-time and part-time hours available | Up to 30.26 per hour | Paid training | Career changers welcome

At NursePlus Care at Home, we are looking for caring and reliable people to support individuals in their own homes across Plymouth.

You may already have experience in care, be returning to work or be looking for a completely new direction. What matters most is that you are compassionate, dependable and genuinely want to make a difference. We will provide the training, support and flexibility you need to succeed.

You will be helping people to remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. That might include providing personal care, supporting with medication, helping with meals and daily routines, or simply offering companionship and reassurance. It is a varied role where the small things can make a real difference.

We have both full-time and part-time hours available, with morning shifts from 7.00am to 2.00pm and evening shifts from 4.00pm to 10.00pm. The work is local and consistent, supporting regular clients across the Plymouth area.
