NursePlus Care at Home is seeking a Community Care Worker to support individuals in their own homes in Plymouth. Roles include personal care, meal support, medication assistance and companionship, with flexible full-time and part-time hours.

You do not need prior care experience. Training is provided, and you will work with a local team offering ongoing support and progression opportunities within Plymouth.

Community Care Worker – Plymouth

Full-time and part-time hours available | Up to 30.26 per hour | Paid training | Career changers welcome

At NursePlus Care at Home, we are looking for caring and reliable people to support individuals in their own homes across Plymouth.

You may already have experience in care, be returning to work or be looking for a completely new direction. What matters most is that you are compassionate, dependable and genuinely want to make a difference. We will provide the training, support and flexibility you need to succeed.

You will be helping people to remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. That might include providing personal care, supporting with medication, helping with meals and daily routines, or simply offering companionship and reassurance. It is a varied role where the small things can make a real difference.

We have both full-time and part-time hours available, with morning shifts from 7.00am to 2.00pm and evening shifts from 4.00pm to 10.00pm. The work is local and consistent, supporting regular clients across the Plymouth area.
