Job summary

NursePlus Care at Home in Plymouth is seeking caring and reliable people to support individuals in their own homes. You may be new to care, returning to work or seeking a new direction.

Training, support and flexibility are provided to help you succeed. In this varied role you’ll assist with personal care, medication support, meals and daily routines, or provide companionship and reassurance, with shifts available full-time or part-time across Plymouth.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required.
• Right to work in the UK; willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including assistance with daily activities.
• Support with medication administration as directed.
• Assist with meals, nutrition, and daily routines.
• Offer companionship and reassurance to clients.
• Help to keep clients safe, comfortable and independent at home.

At NursePlus Care at Home, we are looking for caring and reliable people to support individuals in their own homes across Plymouth.

You may already have experience in care, be returning to work or be looking for a completely new direction. What matters most is that you are compassionate, dependable and genuinely want to make a difference. We will provide the training, support and flexibility you need to succeed.

You will be helping people to remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. That might include providing personal care, supporting with medication, helping with meals and daily routines, or simply offering companionship and reassurance. It is a varied role where the small things can make a real difference.

We have both full-time and part-time hours available, with morning shifts from 7.00am to 2.00pm and evening shifts from 4.00pm to 10.00pm. The work is local and consistent, supporting regular clients across the Plymouth area.
