Job Overview

Join our homecare team in Bradford! We are recruiting full‑time Care Assistants (female drivers) to provide care and support to people living in Bradford. If you can make people smile while providing care and support in their home, this role may be right for you. Pay

£12.82 p/hr (drivers) + 45p per mile.

Working Hours

As a Care Assistant in Bradford, your hours will align with our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings, and weekend work.

  • Early shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • Late shift: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm (finish time depends on public transport times)

We will agree your working pattern, setting a 2‑week rota that includes alternate full weekends.

Qualifications and Experience

We do not require care experience – many of you will bring transferable skills from previous roles such as shop assistant. What matters is your empathy, patience, and the ability to communicate clearly.
