Job Overview

Join our homecare team in Bradford! We are recruiting full‑time Care Assistants (female drivers) to provide care and support to people living in Bradford. Pay

£12.82 p/hr (drivers) + 45p per mile.

Working Hours

As a Care Assistant in Bradford, your hours will align with our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings, and weekend work.

• Early shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Late shift: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm (finish time depends on public transport times)

We will agree your working pattern, setting a 2‑week rota that includes alternate full weekends.

Qualifications and Experience

We do not require care experience – many of you will bring transferable skills from previous roles such as shop assistant. What matters is your empathy, patience, and the ability to communicate clearly.
