Role Details

• Title: Community Care Worker

• Location: New Quay

• Pay: £15.75 – £19.69 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Community Care Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care, including:

• Personal Care and Support: Assist adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity

• Companionship: Be a friendly face and a comforting presence

• Live-in Care: Provide 24/7 support for those who need it most

• Promoting Independence: Empower clients to lead fulfilling lives with autonomy

• Medication Support: Ensure safe and timely administration of medication

• Specialist Clinical Care: Handle complex clinical needs with expertise

Requirements

We seek individuals who have:

• A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK

• The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle

• The right to work in the UK

• Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
