Job summary

Radis Community Care are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join their community team in Huntingdon and surrounding villages. Full time and part time roles available with shifts from Mornings to evenings and weekends as required.

You will drive to client homes across Huntingdon, St Ives, Brampton, St Neots and Ramsey, providing person-centred care in the community. Role involves personal care tasks and encouraging activities to maintain independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in community care and delivering person-centred support is desirable.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks and daily living activities.
• Good communication and compassionate approach to care recipients.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to people living independently in their own homes.
• Deliver flexible, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Support participation in recreational and social activities to promote wellbeing.
• Promote independence, dignity and respect through high-quality care.

Job description

Radis Community Care are looking for Full Time and Part Time Support Workers, based in

HUNTINGDON and surrounding villages.

Locations include Huntingdon, St Ives, Brampton, St Neots, Ramsey

Shifts available: Mornings + Lunch (7AM - 2PM), Tea + Bed (4PM - 10PM), including

You will need to have a UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

About the role

As a Support Worker in the community, you will provide care to people we support living independently in their own homes, by delivering flexible and person-centred care that adapts to their individual needs.

The role will require you to assist people we support with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with people, both individually and as a group.

The core aim of this role is to promoteindependence,choice,dignity, andrespect, consistently delivering care to the highest standard.
