CCH Group is seeking a Quality Officer to support West Yorkshire communities with high-quality care services. You will assess needs, supervise care workers, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

The role focuses on planning, reviews, and ensuring competence across the field. The position requires DBS clearance, a compassionate mindset, and a willingness to engage in ongoing vocational training.

Qualifications

• Experience in initial risk and needs assessments for service users, in home or care settings.
• Experience working with service users, families, carers and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Shows genuine interest in working with our client group.
• Passes DBS screening.
• Patient, compassionate and positive attitude.
• Willing to engage in vocational training to continually develop skills and knowledge.
• Demonstrates initiative and independence.

Responsabilités

• Plan care worker rotas with Care Coordinators, considering individual needs.
• Conduct regular reviews of services and assess renewed needs and risks.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users’ needs.
• Shadow new care workers to ensure competence.
• Observe and evaluate care worker practice during supervision and when addressing concerns.
