Lifeways in Swindon is seeking a Male Support Worker to help a gentleman in the local community live life his way. You will build connections, support daily living, and encourage independence in a respectful, person-centered role.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided; a full UK driving licence is highly desirable to enable community outings and activities.
