Lifeways Group in Swindon is seeking a Male Support Worker to help a gentleman live an active, independent life in the local community. You will build trust, engage in activities, and provide daily living support with patience and empathy.

No previous care experience is required; full training is provided. This part-time role (22.5 hours) offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and weekends, delivering meaningful, person-centred support in the community.
