Swansea City Council is seeking a compassionate Personal Assistant to support a private client in Swansea. The role involves assisting with daily activities, travel, and community outings, including swimming, while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate is reliable, mature, patient, and flexible, with own car insured for business use. A six-month probation and DBS processing are required; salary is paid monthly and pro rata annual leave applies.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in personal care or PA roles.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Valid DBS to be processed prior to start.

Responsabilidades

• Go out in the community with the client and support daily activities.
• Assist with dressing, personal care and safety.
• Take the client to activities such as swimming and outings.
• Be reliable, punctual and adaptable to changing plans.
