Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is hiring a Health Care Assistant for Walton Grove care home in Oldham. You will support adults with complex care needs, assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, and help maintain care records.

Training and induction are provided, with a focus on dignity, choice and independence. The role requires flexible availability across 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am and 10am-10pm shifts, with weekend work.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience not essential for this role.
• Induction, buddy system and ongoing training provided.
