Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to provide domiciliary care in clients’ homes across the local community. You will deliver personal care, build relationships, and help people live independently with dignity.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. We offer part-time and full-time shifts, excellent training for the Care Certificate, and a supportive, rewarding work environment where you can make a real difference.

Qualifications

• Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle to use for work purposes.
• Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is limited.
• No experience necessary—training will be provided for all new carers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with hands-on personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, etc.).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks and domestic duties.
• Observing, monitoring, and recording care information to keep accurate records.
