Job summary

Home Instead is recruiting Care Professionals in the Birmingham area to support clients with daily routines, personal care and accompanying them to appointments. You will enjoy flexible, part-time hours and receive industry-leading training, a mentor, and ongoing support.

With a kind heart and empathy for others, you’ll be reliable, respectful and able to follow PPE and company guidelines. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to cover local visits.

As a Care Professional, you will support clients with their daily routines, including supporting with administering medication, help with personal care, taking people out to their appointments, and so much more.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver, you will receive industry leading training. . You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.

You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

You must be happy to follow company guidelines in like with COVID-19 and safe PPE practices.

This role is best suited for someone looking for part time work and able to commit to regular hours.
