Complete Care is expanding its Community Care Workers teams in Matlock, Chesterfield and surrounding areas. Join us as a Community Care Assistant to support adults in their own homes with daily activities, personal care, meals and mobility.

We offer full training, DBS paid for, and flexible shifts (mornings and evenings). No prior experience needed; compassionate communicators are welcome, with opportunities for promotion and career progression.

Qualifikationen

• Right to work in the UK.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred for this role.
• No experience required, but compassion, good communication and problem solving are essential.

We are looking for Care & Support Workers to join our already established teams in the local communities of:

• Matlock
• Chesterfield
• and surrounding areas

We have both full and part time positions available for care workers. Working shift patterns of:

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 4pm-10pm (required to work at least 1x evening shift per week)
• Part time and full time available

You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Job Description:

• Helping service users overcome any mobility
• Support with administrating medication.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care

Requirements:

• Have a right to work within the UK
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required preferred for this role
• No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
