Position – Community Care Responder
Hours – Guaranteed 30 hours per week with shift patterns of 7:00am till 2:30pm and 3:30pm till 10:00pm, 2-week rolling rota with alternate weekends
Location – Stratford Upon Avon, Alcester and Henley in Arden

Our primary goal is to provide the most appropriate support to individuals and families so people can remain in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their home environment, preserving their independence, dignity, and lifestyle choices after being in the hospital.
This is a new service to the area and a way for us to take the pressure off the NHS by supporting those coming out of the hospital and ensuring they have the best support to reduce their levels of care.
You will be the first responder, trained to a high level, to ensure you can deliver the best outcomes to our clients. You will deal with clients ranging from those who just had surgery, to those recovering from injuries or illnesses, helping them set and reach recovery goals.
The role focuses on the client’s recovery and their goal to lead a happy, healthy, and independent life. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, washing, toileting, medication) and motivating clients daily to meet their objectives and promote well-being. Assistance from Occupational Health and Physiotherapists will be provided as needed.
We have numerous full-time positions available and you must be available to start immediately following recruitment checks.
