Job Description:

Position – Community Care Responder

Hours – Guaranteed 30 hours per week with shift patterns of 7:00am till 2:30pm and 3:30pm till 10:00pm, on a 2-week rolling rota with alternate weekends

Location – Leamington Spa and Warwick

Our primary goal is to provide appropriate support to individuals and families, enabling people to remain in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their home, preserving their independence, dignity, and lifestyle choices after hospital stays.

This is a new service aimed at alleviating pressure on the NHS by supporting patients discharged from hospital and helping them reduce their care needs.

You will be a trained first responder, delivering high-quality care to clients recovering from surgery, injuries, or illness, helping them set and achieve recovery goals.

The role focuses on client recovery and their goal to lead a happy, healthy, and independent life. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, washing, toileting, medication management) and motivating clients daily to meet their objectives and promote well-being. Support from Occupational Health and Physiotherapists will be available as needed.

We have multiple full-time positions available. You must be available to start immediately after recruitment checks.
