Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited is seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team in Hamilton/Blantyre. You will provide compassionate in-home support, including personal care, meal prep, and medication prompts, while following care plans and recording visit details.

No experience is required as full training is provided, and a guaranteed-hours contract is offered. We welcome applicants seeking part-time or full-time shifts with morning/evening options, in a supportive, local area-based role.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate individuals.
• Good level of English to communicate with clients.
• Driving licence and access to a car is preferred for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Provide personal care support to clients in the community.
• Support clients to participate in planning and delivering their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

What We Are Looking For

• Kind, caring and compassionate people

• The ability to commit to one of our contracted shift patterns
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is preferred but walking runs are available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training!

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
